Lofts at Fillmore

Lofts at Fillmore was originally built in 1916 but beautifully remastered into 18 loft style condominiums in early 2000. It was one of the first urban loft projects in downtown Phoenix.

The interiors sport the original historic red brick walls with exposed ductwork and electrical conduit, in some cases Australian Cypress hardwood floors or exposed concrete, some balconies, some basements (believe it or not), private parking, private laundry, and just really cool space in a very “community” oriented building.

It’s close to the Phoenix light rail, ASU and everything that downtown Phoenix offers. A very unique property.
